American National vs. Malibu lighting

• American National uses high-quality fixtures made of cast aluminum, copper and bronze. Lenses are heat resistant glass and fully sealed for outdoor usage. Malibu uses corrosive metals and plastics.

• Wiring is connected with silicone filled wire nuts to prevent corrosion. Malibu does not have connections to prevent corrosive wires.

• Our systems are made to withstand the elements and provide years of enjoyment. Malibu lights last for a short period of time and are generally replaced once a problem occurs.
