If a customer needs a sprinkler head replaced in the middle of summer or a bulb replaced in the winter, the consumer needs an effective and prompt response (1-2 day turn-around). American National takes great pride in its response time in both the sprinkler and lighting divisions. From our office staff handling the incoming calls 12 months a year to our experienced service technicians ready to handle the work order ticket to our 13,000 square foot facility which enables us to stock our trucks efficiently we are driven to achieve customer satisfaction!

We believe in scheduling a service call at your convenience. For instance, during the opening and closing season we work 7 days a week to accommodate working families. We will contact you to schedule your sprinkler opening and end of the year sprinkler shut down. In addition, we will contact you in the spring summer to schedule the maintenance of your lighting system. Our office staff understands the value of quick turn around time when scheduling a customer service call. The office is friendly and courteous and will coordinate with your busy schedule.
