Our Philosophy
Our motto “install one time satisfaction for a lifetime” describes our overall objective as a company: install a great product and service the customer effectively forever. The sprinkler and lighting industry are service oriented businesses. In a service industry, a company is only as good as it’s ability to service it’s customer base proficiently.
If a customer needs a sprinkler head replaced in the middle of summer or a bulb replaced in the winter, the consumer needs an effective and prompt response (1-2 day turn-around). American National takes great pride in it’s response time in both the sprinkler and lighting arenas. From our office staff handling the incoming calls 12 months a year… to our experienced service technicians ready to handle the work order ticket… to our 13,000 square foot facility which enables us to stock our trucks efficiently… we are driven to achieve customer satisfaction!
We believe in scheduling a service call at your convenience. For instance, during the opening and closing season we work 7 days a week to accommodate working families. We will call you to schedule your sprinkler opening and end of the year sprinkler shut down. In addition, we will call you in the spring /summer to schedule the maintenance of your lighting system. Our office staff understands the value of quick turn around time when scheduling a customer service call. The office is friendly and courteous and will coordinate with your busy schedule.
